I started on this Thursday of last week. I eat much less. I must lose 15 to 20 kg.
I am 5 3 and Weight 137th I have about 120 - was very difficult for me to lose weight. I tried various diets and my last resort was to try phentermine. I am not very patient and not get discouraged when I begin to see results quickly.
