Home Builder Tampa Fl Any Advice On Building A New Home In The Tampa Area?

Any advice on building a new home in the Tampa area? - home builder tampa fl

We are planning a new home in Tampa, FL area in the building next spring. (At this time we are living in Pittsburgh, PA.)
We want to buy something under $ 500K, with pool, 4-6 bedrooms, 3500 + square feet and a level playing field of the earth.
Can you a decent home around $ 400K?
(I've heard that Tampa is very expensive for a new home.)
I found some home builders in Florida and requested some information, but the photos do not so much.
Anyone who has any experience with building owners, would appreciate it.
In this way, we flew down to see more, we will not waste unnecessary time.
Thank you!
(Unfortunately, this is written in this section, but this list is the closest I could to Tampa for nothing!)

My advice is, dont move in Tampa! I moved from Hell, Oh No, 9 months to 90 * and every day the terrible traffic problems, it scared the 7-times per year, a hurricane is approaching. Not to mention RUDE NEIGHBORS! Find the great city of Atlanta, is moved 1 hours north of Atlanta, where the multilateral trade negotiations begin, the 4 seasons, very mild with summer just SUMMER! Good luck with your half-Move It Like maybe THERE.MANY life of the people here are known, native IM NH, went to Florida and moved halfway, IVE MET lot of people who have done the same thing. FL is not the paradise we thought. Just ask the ants, giant spiders, snakes, alligators, GIANT cockroaches .......
